Identity verification confirms who is calling. That’s necessary — but not sufficient. A caller can be fully verified and still be unwanted. +Trusted adds the layer that didn’t exist until now: behavioral authorization. It evaluates relationship patterns, frequency, timing, and context to determine whether a trusted relationship actually exists between the parties — then routes the interaction before any inference occurs.

It analyzes how people communicate — patterns, frequency, context, timing — never what they say. Most interactions are resolved deterministically and never touch a language model at all.
